Harold Cooper/CEO/Principal
Experience: 30 years of beating controls. More times than you might believe. Harold has made a career out of helping clients raise their expectations, along with their direct mail and interactive response levels. He was responsible for initiating the relationship with American Express in 2001 which became one of our key clients. In prior years, he worked on both the client side and the agency side for such accounts as Book-of-the-Month Club, HBO, and Time-Life Books before starting CooperDirect Advertising with his brother in 1984.
Likes to wear: Many hats, from Creative Director to Marketing Strategist to New Business. Coop has served on numerous boards, including the Caples Board, and he’s also a long-time contributor to the DMA.

Tom Cooper/COO/Principal
Experience: Impressive. Tom grew the Columbia House account from a single effective direct mail test in 1987 to one of the agency’s key accounts for over 15 years, and is still working with them today. Prior to CooperDirect, Tom coordinated national print and broadcast campaigns for such clients as PNC Bank, Arthur Treacher's, and Schott Optical Glass, and directed account services for national clients like Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) and Harrah’s Casino. In 1984, he helped Coop found CooperDirect. The rest is history.
Likes to work: Side-by-side with key clients as Account Supervisor. Enjoys helping smaller accounts take advantage of big client experiences.

Fernando Lopez/Management Supervisor
Experience: Fernando comes with a large agency background in account management. Working at Wunderman and Hill Holiday, Fernando handled a variety of accounts including Sony, IBM, Citibank, and Verizon Wireless. He has helped grow The CooperGroup’s business in the last two and a half years and is considered a key employee.
Likes to work: With limitless energy, and never known to let a client down. Likes to root for the University of Texas…Hook ‘em.

Victoria Bush/Account Manager
Experience: Victoria was responsible for coordinating multiple accounts through an executive recruiting firm and design company. She is the newest member of The CooperGroup, and is now coordinating one of our top financial services accounts that contains over 25 separate clients.
Likes to work: Whenever and wherever her clients need her. She is driven by attention to detail.
